The Tom Arntzen Trio is comprised of 3 of Canada's top jazz musicians. They perform regularly in Vancouver's top hotels, at special events, concerts and weddings. The group can adapt to any musical situation from intimate dinner music to lively, swinging cocktail parties to classy, tasteful, elegant events.

This versatile group, led by the strong piano playing and singing of Tom Arntzen, delivers a solid, professional, musical experience. They are completely self contained, providing lighting and PA systems to suit client needs. Special musical requests are welcome. The trio has a huge repertoire of songs to choose from, including tin pan alley, Gershwin, Fats Waller, Nat King Cole, jump swing, cool jazz, pop and Broadway.

Tom Arntzen also works as a composer, arranger, producer and actor. He recently released his debut jazz CD 'The Turning" to rave reviews. With over 25 years working as a professional musician, Tom's list of performance credits include a record breaking run of over 200 performances at the Arts Club Theatre as Musical Director for "Red Rock Diner".

Ron Thompson, on guitar, has been performing professionally for over 20 years. Ron is at home in a wide range of musical styles, specializing in gypsy jazz and world music. He has performed with some of the greatest names in jazz, including Joe Henderson, Rosemary Clooney, Fraser MacPherson and Hugh Fraser.
